I am retired after many years in marketing and advertising, and taken up paintingin the last few years. Advertising teaches you the idea that an image must have a focus and give the viewer a strong reason to look and appreciate the point of the painting. There has to be a unique story in every painting. As a relatively new artist, I am flexible about subjects and styles and very much a Learner when it comes to tecnique.
